How do I lodge a complaint?

You can lodge a complaint up to four weeks after you receive the invoice.

We strive to process your complaint as quickly as possible. There may be up to four weeks of processing time. If Sund & Bælt does not uphold your complaint, the Danish Road Directorate will handle your complaint.
