My box or app has stopped working, what should I do?

You should contact your provider if your box or app is not working.

You need to pull over at the first opportunity and buy a KmToll ticket for the rest of your journey.

See providers Buy KmToll ticket

If your box or app starts working again before you pull over, you do not need to take any action. In that case, Sund & Bælt will attempt to close the gap between the GPS points on your journey.

If you pass a control camera on the stretch where your box or app has stopped working, you will NOT receive a fine if:

  • it is only a temporary outage of your box or app,
  • or you purchase a KmToll ticket for the rest of your journey as soon as possible.
